Tatsuniya Artist Collective is a registered creative network and community based in Maiduguri, Borno State, comprising of  past students of Shehu Sanda Kyarimi Government Day Secondary School who participated in the Tatsuniya multimedia series that began in 2017 initiated by visual artist Rahima Gambo.  The collective is a community where the health, wellbeing  and resiliency of our members is prioritised alongside providing a gathering space where artistic and entrepreneurial projects can be seeded. The collective is a place where artistic expression, education, empowerment, and social advocacy is prioritised.

With a core membership of 20 members, the collective provides mentorship, skills training, and a space for discussions on welfare, education, rights, and creative agency. Our activities include arts, education, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, health awareness, and safety training.
